During his time on the board he was responsible for the following:
- Drafting the ISPAI Policy concerning Government proposals on an alternative to self-regulation for ISP’s.
- Collating members responses to the Irish Government Data Retention Act in order to inform the final response of the ISPAI to government.
- Broadening the membership of the ISPAI to ensure that self regulation remained in place.
- Contributing to policy on Internet Safety/Child Protection.
- Contributing to policy on internet blocking/filtering.
